Learners will learn, during this ongoing class, how to become a better communicator by understanding themselves. They will do this by building self-confidence after understanding the things they do or encounter every day by writing in a journal. When they write in a journal, they learn quickly from mistakes by making journaling a simple daily habit. Example Schedule: Week 1 (9/1): Why Journal? This week we will define what a journal is to the learners. Week 2 (9/15): How to Journal? This week will discuss how you will make a record of learners' thoughts, feelings, and experiences every day. Week 3 (9/22): Journaling in What Format? This week we will discuss the different formats for learners' journals. Week 4 (9/29): How to Schedule Journaling? This week learners will learn how to schedule a time for journaling. Week 5:(10/6): How do you define your goals? This week you will define your goals for different things learners want to do in their schedule. Week 6 (10/13): What is important? This week learners will learn how to prioritize what is important to the learners.
