Grab Your Aprons, Spatulas and Lets Get Baking! 

In this Ongoing Class, We will be going over, learning and baking many delicious pastries from scratch. We will be working hands on while also learning many new things throughout the course. 

There is many skills that your future chefs can gain from joining my class starting from creativity, following directions, organization, math skills, time management and so much more. 

Each class will focus on beginner-friendly, simple yet delicious desserts and food recipes, designed to make the learning experience enjoyable and engaging for every aspiring pastry chef. 
I value your input and am open to any suggestions or requests regarding your child’s culinary interests. If there is a specific recipe or technique your child would like to learn, I am more than happy to schedule a one-on-one session or tailor a future class to meet their preferences.
 
I am excited to share that I will be providing a list of upcoming class dates in advance, so you can plan accordingly. I was constantly be uploading upcoming class dates and what we will be working on periodically every month. One week prior to each class, I will send out a detailed list of ingredients needed for that session, ensuring ample time for both parents and students to gather everything required for the class.

I look forward to creating a fun, educational environment where your child can develop their skills and passion for baking!

No matter if you're a first-time baker, a kitchen experimenter, or a mini master chef, this class is for YOU!
Parental Guidance
In this class, we will be working with ovens and knives. If its needed or you are not familiar working with ovens, i will recommend that you have someone by your side giving you a hand when you need it. Some of the recipes that we will be making in this class may contain ingredients that you may be allergic to. Pleas review the ingredients when its posted, thank you!

This class welcomes all skill levels, from beginners to aspiring young chefs.

Knives: Chef’s knife, paring knife, serrated knife
Cutting Boards: At least two (for meat and vegetables)
Mixing Bowls: Various sizes
Measuring Cups & Spoons: Dry and liquid measuring tools
Whisk: Essential for mixing and aerating
Wooden & Silicone Spoons: Stirring and mixing
Tongs: For handling hot food
Spatulas: Rubber and metal for different tasks
Peeler: For vegetables and fruits
Grater: For cheese, zest, and spices
Colander & Strainer: Draining and rinsing
Pots & Pans: A variety of sizes for cooking
Baking Sheet & Parchment Paper: For roasting and baking
Rolling Pin: For dough and pastries

Measuring Scale: Essential for accurate baking
Pastry Brush: For applying egg wash, butter, or glaze
