Class experience
In this multi-day course, students will enjoy a class of interaction and learning as we dive into identifying and counting money. Through visuals, games, modeling and discussion, students will have the opportunity to practice learning a new skill each week, building on the prior week's lesson. I have years of experience teaching math skills in the elementary school. I also have taken many professional development courses to continue my craft in providing effective instruction that helps students achieve goals and become successful learners. More than anything, I am just a person who cares and wants children to feel successful and accomplished.

I encourage students to bring a dry-erase board and dry-erase markers to practice. It would also be beneficial for students to have coins and bills to use during the class. You can print them or buy toy money to use. This will be a great way for students to interact with the lesson during class. If there are any other supplies needed, I will let you know through the classroom tab.
