1 hour per week. Homework is optional. *Each time, we will review some from the last lesson. *Homework each week will be to review the new vocabulary. *Students will be given matching worksheets, coloring sheets, and/ or more.Assessment
There are no quizzes or tests. We review and engage in vocabulary and mini-conversations together. Your student should expect to participate. If asked, I provide a certificate in pdf format for finishing the course.Class Experience
Building confidence is key to any foreign language, and that is what I will be doing through this class. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Italian for Kids is a series of classes that include learning vocabulary. Classes can be taken consecutively or not. We focus on vocabulary with some conversation (more focus on conversation is in Italian for Beginners and Italian for Teens). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Week 1: We will learn how to say 20 transportation vehicles in Italian. Week 2: We will learn how to say 12 fruits and veggies in Italian. Week 3: We will learn how to say 12 more fruits and veggies in Italian. Week 4: We will learn 15 weather terms in Italian. Week 5: We will review. *Each time, we will review the vocabulary from the last lesson. *Students will be given a PDF, fun worksheets, or colorings after each class, in order to review if they would like to. Homework is optional. *Schedule is subject to change. I will have more Italian classes coming soon! ------------------------------------------ (If you have older students, I have other Italian classes too: Italian for Beginners & Italian for Teens). *Also you can request a new time if you need a different time slot.

You don't need to buy materials. Students will be given matching worksheets, coloring sheets, and/or more to help them review what they have learned. Therefore, a printer and crayons would be helpful but homework is optional, so this is not necessary.
