This class is a great beginners course to introduce Italian or a fun class to learn some Christmas words in Italian and some Christmas Italian traditions. Day 1: Learn/Review how to say some colors & Happy Christmas in Italian; Learn how to say Santa, Elves, Fairy, Snowman, and Christmas Tree; and look at some photographs of Italy during the holidays Homework: Color by number 5 Christmas coloring sheets (that have instructions in Italian) Day 2: Learn some Christmas Italian traditions (the Nativity, food, desserts) and how to say more Christmas terms in Italian Homework: Given Christmas papercraft cutouts & paper printout cards with Happy Christmas in Italian ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (If your student is older than 11 and wants to take the course, message me and I can make a Teen version) *Subject to change
Learning Goals
The goal of this class is to get students interested in learning Italian with a sneak-peek 2-day course or to help them have something to do in Italian (to keep up with it) before their Italian classes start in January.

In high school, I was only offered Spanish. I believe that taking foreign language classes opens the doors to many opportunities. My love for languages has continued to grow and at university, I took Italian. I now give students the opportunity to learn a language that they are interested in and make learning fun. I have even been known to take facts and put them into a tune to help memorize them easier!
