Join me in this fun introduction in learning about Mental Health! We will cover all the basics through the 5 Ws just like a party invitation! (Who, What, When, Where, Why - and How). This is an easy structured format to follow and helps to destigmatize mental health while having some fun along the way. Before learners can engage in prioritizing their mental health (and truly celebrate their mental health in party-style), they need to know the specifics and we are here to do just that. Just like a party, there will be upbeat music, cool film clips, and entertaining visual presentations with some really cool mental health fun facts I bet you didn't know. So I invite you to grab some popcorn, a drink, and a fun sweet treat, and join me in learning about Mental Health! This is also a great warm-up to learn my teaching style and prepare learners for my upcoming comprehensive mental health course where we'll be diving into all the ins and outs of mental health with many more tips, tricks, and resources to improve learners understanding of mental health and increase their happiness. So, let's get started!
