It's often overwhelming to describe how much has changed in American history throughout the twentieth century. From the Industrial and Gilded Age to World War I, from the Roaring Twenties to the Great Depression, from World War II to the Post War suburban boom of the 1950's, from the tumultuous 1960's to the economic crisis of the 1970's, from the decadent 1980's to the Grunge of the 1990's, and finishing off the early 2000's with the growth and influence of technology...... how can you describe all of this in just one class? In this class, we are going to try! This class is an introductory course to my series - U.S. History through the Decades - and we will highlight some of the major moments of the twentieth century. For a more in-depth look at each decade in American History, please check out my course catalog: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10WtnUIRwVRw7Awo6FskitgUKeNUjuAvf/view This class is open for you to schedule.
