Class experience
This class is a pre-requisite for any student who has limited or no experience on a sewing machine. All of my other classes are project based and require sewing machine knowledge. If your student has taken a class or learned from a relative how to use a machine, they may be just fine moving onto one of my beginner 1 or 2 sewing classes. Younger students will most likely require an adult or older sibling to be beside them to help navigate the instructions in the lessons. *I'm unable to...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents, please ensure your student is placed in front of a table or desk where the sewing machine can be comfortably reached to ensure safety. Your student will need to be in an appropriate seat to be able to reach his or her foot pedal as well so they can safely start and stop the machine as needed.
