Bullet journal and free journaling techniques and strategies will be shared to help you acknowledge, express, and process your what you're dealing with day to day when you feel like you have no one to talk to. This can help you to really recognize, identify, and label your feelings in order to better manage them. You will learn to advocate for yourself and communicate with safe adults to get support you need. I will share templates and topics, in addition to offering a list of writing prompts to help you set up your journals. This course is not a substitute for professional therapy but rather offers strategies for organizing and processing your thoughts.

Parental Guidance
Sensitive topics may arise during this course. In the event that a student relays a desire or intention to cause harm to themselves or others, parents will be notified. Students will be encouraged to identify a safe adult with whom they can talk about tough topics.
Supply List
A bullet journal, notebook, or paper to be kept in a folder/binder; writing utensils. You may want different types and colors: brush pens, colored pencils, highlighters, fine tip pens. Depending on your artistic preferences, stencils, stamps, and washi tape are additional fun accessories, but certainly NOT mandatory.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
