Hello friends and welcome! 

In Level 6 french, we will continue to explore vocabulary through immersion-style exercises. Through a variety of topics (noted below), students will explore important vocabulary in context through listening, reading, writing and speaking activities. 
Classes are taught using a variety of techniques including text, songs, flashcards, videos, etc. When possible the material is presented in a variety of ways to appeal to different learning styles. 

Students will pick different famous figures throughout French history to present to the class as our final project. 
Research is required for this project, so we will discuss different research techniques, how to tell if a website is a credible source and the concept of plagiarism.

Week 5 - le cycle de l'eau (The Water Cycle)
Week 6 - Histoire du Quebec (History of Quebec)

Week 8 - Final Presentations, virtual bilingual field trip
