Beginner Level
Bonjour and welcome to Introduction to French Level 2A! In this course, students will continue to build on vocabulary learned in Introduction to French Level 1 and will practice key grammar concepts. In each lesson, students will have the opportunity to hear and practice speaking French by pausing to repeat and answer questions as I work through sevearl activities that involve translation, sentence building, verb conjugation, and more.
Learning Goals
Students will learn to adjust gender and plurality of adjectives to agree with nouns.Students will continue to expand basic French vocabulary.

4 Lessons
over 4 WeeksLesson 1:
La Famille
Students will learn vocabulary for extended family and use this vocabulary to practice verb être and adjectives previously learned. Students will learn about making words plural. Lesson 2:
Les Salles de la Maison
Students will learn the rooms of the house and prepositions and practice describing location. Lesson 3:
Les Animaux
Students will review animal vocabulary learned in level 1 and learn several new animals. Students will review color vocabulary and use être and colors to describe animals. Lesson 4:
Lire L'Heure
Students will learn to tell time in French and discuss the time of day. Other Details
