Learning a new language can be intimidating; this class aims to make language learning fun and put students at ease in order to create the perfect learning environment. Students will be guided through a variety of vocabulary with videos that I have been pre-recorded, along with games, flashcards, songs, and much more. Students will learn basic French vocabulary listed in the syllabus.
I have my Bachelor in Education (with distinction). I graduated high school with my "certificat de langue maternelle" (French mother tongue certificate) and I live in a fully bilingual environment. I also hold a Masters of Education and am currently completing my Doctorate in Distance Education. I speak French daily, teach and tutor in French and can't wait to share my knowledge of French language and culture with you.
Homework Offered
Students will need to submit videos to the teacher. They might require parental assistance to film these videos. I will also assign worksheets that will need to be scanned and sent to me as well.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
