In the second part of our food science course, you'll dive deeper into the comprehensive understanding of the science behind food, the various technologies used, and how they're integrated into our daily lives. You'll also learn how food is woven into our culture through various baking and cooking techniques. Moreover, we'll explore the earliest known food science techniques and methods, uncovering the secrets behind the delicious food we enjoy today. 

You'll explore the science behind food production, processing, and consumption, examining topics such as food additives, water, nutrition, food culture, and food technology. You'll also learn about food packaging, rheology, emulsions, and foams, as well as the history and societal implications of food science.
