This introductory equine science course will teach you just about everything you will need to know about horses. Students will learn about evolution, historical roles of the horse, breeds, western equine industry, etc.

Course Outcomes 1. Identify how the horse has evolutionarily had an impact on society. 2. Identify what horses are used for today, and how the equine industry is ever-changing. 3. Evaluate horses based upon breeding, genetics, structure, and anatomy for selection. 4. Discuss management skills needed to excel within the horse industry. Assessment Tasks (For Course Outcomes) 1. I am also proficient in various learning platforms and extremely efficient with all technology. Has had a plethora of experience with various agriculture-related subjects related to education, extension, and even research.
