Important Notes: All of my classes are inclusive. Classes are suitable for the neurodiverse child. CEFR: all levels. This Class meets once a week for 3 consecutive weeks. Each class begins with a welcome for the student, an introduction to the type of meditation, and a closing with reflections. In Class #1, Learner will be introduced to the Mindfulness Meditation specifically. The meditation portion of the class is structured as follows: a) Align the posture for meditation; b) reconnect with the breath; c) center/ground; d) be guided through the particular meditation process aimed at cultivating the particular quality of that practice; e) closing of the meditation; f) Final Q&A to end the class. In Class #2, welcome Learner, discuss previous week's practice and gained insights, then we will move to the meditation practice of "Loving Kindness" or "Metta" (following the structure detailed above from a through f). In Class #3, after welcoming Learner, discuss previous week's practice and gained insights, then we will move to the meditation practice of "Antar Mouna" or "Inner Silence" (following the structure detailed above from a through f). These 3 classes will offer the student a rich selection of some of the greatest meditation techniques. The class is taught in an inclusive way, interactive, and in a serene, caring environment. Student will have the opportunity to ask questions following each class experience and to interact sharing the experience. Student will learn how to meditate and explore three techniques which will have specific applications in life. Class size is 1:1 so that the student will have a private space, presence and time for any questions or clarifications needed with the class being personalized in as much as possible. There is no previous requirement for the series.

Either choice is fine, what matters is that Learner will be comfortable so he/she may hold the pose steadily and comfortably.
