- Students will discover what it’s like to explore acting through improv, writing, movement activities, and Shakespeare in hopes that they have fun, build performance skills and apply these skills of quick thinking, fun, team work and acceptance to other aspects of their lives. Each week we will warm up, play a theater or improvisation game and tackle a new acting concept.

Hand-outs will be provided, however a notebook is also encouraged for additional brainstorming. Learners can be creative with what costumes they choose to wear (something from home preferred) during in-class performance weeks via live video sessions.
Please note the following: 1. Masks are welcome if necessary and appropriate to the performance, however, masks should be removed for identification during the first four minutes of class to meet safety and privacy policies. 2. Costumes will be vetted by the educator to ensure that they meet Outschool standards (secular, age-appropriate, etc.). Thank you!
