This is a one-time, 50-minute class, we will focus on conditional statements and write code that will automatically sort elements to our liking. The learner will get a glimpse of the power of programming, as we will write a simple program that replaces hours and hours of manual work. We will learn: - Review: Variables - Review: User Input - Review: Arrays - Conditional statements - Alternate ways to write conditional statements - Matching Order If your student has any issues or questions about the material covered, I am here to help! (I love talking about programming) I hope to see you in class!

Supply List
Students will need to create a (www.replit.com) account prior to our class. This will allow us to code right away, without installing or downloading anything. Learners will also need a computer to write code (use zoom on the same computer so we can share screens). An iPad will not work for this class. A big part of this class is sharing our screens. This allows me to take a look at your code and offer suggestions and correct errors. For these reasons, please turn on this feature if it is not already allowed.
