Intro to Creative Writing Using Art
This is a fun and engaging way to introduce (or work on!) creative writing skills such as story/plot basics, descriptive language, ideas and inspiration, etc. using art pieces to guide us!

Beginner Level
I will be teaching how to write a creative writing story for elementary age students. We will go over the parts of story - reading a fun story as an example, then we will use a piece of art to inspire a story of our own. We will get to work on descriptive language, and developing good elements of a story.

I have a Bachelors in English Education and certified in English Language Arts and AP Language in Oklahoma. I've also received training in Charlotte Mason style education for elementary grades.
