Class Experience

US Grade 4 - 7
Students do not need previous coding experience for this. They will learn to create mobile apps by delving deeper into designing and coding. 

On the technical part, the application that we use to teach App Creation requires signing up using an email account; please decide on the best option for your family.

In this online live course, each student will:
- Learn to design, build, code, test, and debug simple mobile apps.
- Collaborate with small groups (5 students maximum per class) with one adult certified live instructor.

Lesson 1: Gyro Maze Game  Day 1 
Learners will create a maze game which uses the mobile's gyroscope to solve the maze game app.

Lesson 2: Fun with Flags Day 2
Students learn to create a quiz based app using the country flags game

Lesson 3: Translator App Day 3 , 4 and 5  
Learners will create an app similar to google translate which helps translate any word from one language to another

Lesson 4 : Weather App Day 6 , 7and 8
Learners will create the weather app phone which tells about the city's weather forecast for the day. 

Lesson 5: Pong Game Day 9 and 10  - Students will learn how to create a Pong Game , where there are two paddles and a ball . We need to move the paddles to save the ball from touching the wall to score a point . 

Lesson 6 : Tic tac toe game  Day 11 and 12 - In this game , there are 9 boxes, on clicking each box images appear alternatively, when we have 3 same images in a row, column or diagonally, that player is the winner or it’s a tie. 

This is an interactive class where students will be required to share screen if troubleshooting is needed and answer the questions from the teacher.
