These sessions are designed for the learner that has questions or wants to practice their interview skills. In this session, we will be talking about all things needed for an interview. This session is great if you have questions about being in an interview for a job, college, music program or interviewing for college sports. I have interviewed for a variety of academic and career-type interviews. I have been in in-person interviews as well as virtual interviewing settings. One of my favorite classes was an interview class in college. I know interviewing can be nerve-wracking, so I am here to help learners not be so nervous. I have helped prepare multiple students for college interviews and student-athlete interviews with coaches.
Come prepared with your resume if you have one and if it is applicable to the type of interview you are preparing for.
We will be viewing videos from youtube to help describe and understand the interview experience. The presentation will share these videos describing how to help prepare yourself for an interview.
Come prepared with questions about interviewing. Come with note-taking material, whether digital or pen and paper.
