Class will be taught using a slideshow containing text, pictures, and videos. Most of the information given will be verbal as I go through the slides. Students are welcome to record the class, take notes, or simply sit and enjoy hearing about these incredible animals. For each creature we cover, students will learn about its size, habitat, diet, and interesting facts (including ability to photosynthesize, mating dance, body shape, coloration, and more!) We will talk about tardigrades, birds...
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
