Class experience
US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
Students will receive a brief, age-appropriate description of habitats, animal groups like fish, amphibians, mammals, birds, insects, and reptiles, body features like paws, hooves, spots, stripes, tails, manes, and more. Colorful hints are provided one-by-one on a slide deck and students take turns making guess of what the mystery animal might be. Students will use their love of animals to practice process of elimination and reasoning skills to make guesses.
I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA. Have taught Reading and have served as a school administrator. Additionally, I hold a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses. Furthermore, I have served as a college counselor for almost 8 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process.

Young children can be upset if they cannot guess, plenty of positive reinforcement and classroom management to ensure each student can guess and enjoy the class.
