Class experience
Procrastination is super common among many people including teens. This class aims to tackle it head-on by exploring the most common reasons for procrastination and simple + realistic strategies to overcome those tendencies. Procrastination is a facet within the executive function skill set and it is probably the most common. Students will improve their productivity by lessening their tendency to procrastinate.
I have a Master's degree in special education with a K-12 intervention specialist license. I currently tutor/coach students in all areas of executive function.
Homework Offered
There will not be homework, just a simple class discussion with suggestions to implement the strategies learned.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
