Procrastination is super common among many people including teens. This class aims to tackle it head-on by exploring the most common reasons for procrastination and simple + realistic strategies to overcome those tendencies. Procrastination is a facet within the executive function skill set and it is probably the most common. This is a light-hearted but informative class that provides students with everyday, meaningful strategies that are geared towards the teenage + ADHD brain to easily and willingly incorporate into their daily routines. There is no prior knowledge needed for the course. This course is taught through direct instruction, classroom discussion, slide presentations and individual student questionnaire sheets. *If you do not see a time slot that fits your schedule, please don't hesitate to reach out to request a specific time, I am more than happy to try and accommodate as many famillies' schedules as possible.
