Assignments
1 hour per week. I will work with each learner individually on their IEW writing assignment that they have from one of my current IEW writing classes to address any questions they have or provide help with assignment completion.
Grading
IEW writing assignments are graded based off a learner's checklist. If the writing assignment has all items on the checklist completed, the assignment is complete. I will work with learners to ensure they understand each item on their checklist and that their writing assignment contains all the checklist items.

Class Experience

This tutoring session is designed for learners enrolled in IEW writing classes. Whether you need additional support on an assignment or guidance with IEW's stylistic techniques, I'm here to help you succeed in your writing assignments.

Although anyone taking one of my current IEW writing classes can take this tutoring session, my expertise is in the area of supporting learners with dyslexia and other learning difficulties that affect literacy.

Please note that this tutoring session is exclusively for current students seeking personalized instruction in IEW's methods. Regrettably, I do not currently offer tutoring for generalized writing assignments or techniques outside of the IEW curriculum.
Learning Goals
The learner or parent will communicate with me before the tutoring session what they want to accomplish during the tutoring session. If the learner wants to have a current writing piece reviewed, they should provide it to me 24 hours prior to the session.
