Class Experience

US Grade 4 - 7
IEW experience is helpful, but not required.

Each week we will read a nonfiction text and make an outline. If preferred we will use two or more texts on the same subject to make mulitple outlines, which will be fused into one to use for the paragraph.

I will lead you through the process step-by-step. I will introduce dress-ups and sentence openers throughout, if you have IEW experience you will be encouraged to use what you already know, easy + one.

Week 1 - January 8 - Hummingbirds
Week 2 - January 15 - Flamingoes
Week 3 - January 22 - Terns
Week 4 - January 29 - Loons
Week 5 - February 5 - Kangaroo Rats
Week 6 - February 12 - Sapsuckers
