In this class students will learn the importance of staying healthy by moving and dancing to upbeat songs. Students will warm up together, jump, dance, wiggle and shake and then cool down, all teacher led. This is a high energy class sure use up some energy. Students will need a free space to move, tennis shoes or bare feet, a water bottle and follow the safety directions of the teacher. All songs used in this class are fun and uplifting in nature. The teacher does not use any songs inappropriate in content or language. The playlist is screen mirrored from a playlist on Apple music from the instructors device. No videos are shown in this class...just music, movement and fun.
