Class experience
This is an ongoing course. No need to catch up or have any previous knowledge. We all need to take a few minutes in the day to tell ourselves that we are confident, strong, capable, and wonderful. In this class students will take a few minutes to tell themselves some positive affirmations to help their day go smoothly.
