Do you want to know more about yourself and how your body works?  Then let's have fun creating while learning with ART!  In this ongoing 45 minute class, learners will be introduced to the female reproductive system and how we as humans develop while building the parts with Play-Doh or any supplies. Students will learn interesting facts about the female body and the changes we undergo. I will also be sharing fun facts about other animal species and how we compare! 

Learners will need at least four cans of play-dough or any supplies of your choice.  Students may use more colors for a more detailed model (5-7 cans of Play-Dough or clay).  I will be using a second spotlighted camera to show step-by-step directions as we make and learn about the body together.  Anatomy templates will be provided before each class.  Students may print it out to use as a reference or mat to work on. I will talk and ask questions about the body while creating the parts.  Students can share their finished masterpieces in class or by posting pictures in the classroom.

Each class will include a range of teaching methods and activities that are designed to engage the learners in both a hands-on and minds-on way. Classes will include hands-on activities, Q&A, worksheets, songs, videos, and much more.  Learners will be encouraged to observe, explore, question and share what they learn. A variety of methods are used to support learners and cater for different learning styles and needs.
