In this ongoing course, students will develop their essay writing skills by learning how to form foundational essays. Students will learn the structure of the introduction, the body paragraphs, and the conclusion. Students will learn how to: form one sentence thesis statements how to create strong topic sentences that directly relate to the thesis how to create well-developed proper body paragraphs how to write transitional sentences how to structure the conclusion, so it properly "wraps"...
I have taught developmental and advanced reading and writing to college students for 14 years. Writing is a strong passion of mine, but teaching students how to be confident writers is what I really love to do.
Google drive will be used to see students' paragraph writing.
