How to Make Ravioli With Mr.S

Class
Jeremy Schmitzerle
Average rating:4.9Number of reviews:(15)
In this one day course I will demonstrate how to make ravioli from scratch, as well as, how to make the filling and sauce.

Class Experience

In this class, I will be teaching the wonderful skill of making pasta from scratch. If you want to learn a life lesson , while being able to impress everyone, making pasta from scratch covers both.
This will be a cooking class, so there will be heat and the use of knives involved. Besides being a Social Studies teacher, I also worked professionally in kitchens for thirteen years. Cooking and knowledge are two pursuits of passion in life. I take cooking and safety(including sanitation) very seriously.
