Learn how to draw a portrait of a gorgeous American Quarter Horse! No experience necessary! ✏️This lesson will teach you how to draw a realistic horse face. We will draw with pencil and you will learn techniques such as shading, highlighting, and smudging. We will also cover things like how to draw the proportions of the face so that it looks realistic + learn fun facts about horses along the way!

How to Draw a Realistic Standing Horse
Learn how to draw a standing horse during this lesson! ✏️ We will be drawing a stunning Thoroughbred Horse in this lesson. You will learn techniques such as cross-hatching, shading, and smudging. We will also talk about horse anatomy and you will learn how to sketch an underdrawing to show the bone structure of the horse + learn fun facts about horses along the way!

How to Draw a Realistic Running Horse
Learn how to draw a realistic running horse during this lesson! ✏️ We will draw with pencil and learn techniques such as sketching, shading, highlighting, and smudging. We will also learn about horse anatomy and how to create an underdrawing to show the bone structure of the horse + learn fun facts about horses along the way!

How to Draw a Realistic Mare & Foal Portrait
Learn to draw a beautiful portrait of a horse and her foal during this lesson! ✏️ We will draw with pencil and look at the differences between the proportions of an adult horse versus a foal. You will learn about shading, highlighting, and smudging plus learn fun facts about horses & foals along the way!
This class is taught in English.
Ms. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has more than 10 years of teaching experience. She has a true love for animals and nature and enjoys incorporating fun facts about the subject matter into her lessons.🦋
✏️ You will need: a pencil, eraser, and paper. 
*We will be smudging with our fingers, but you can also use a cotton swab or blending stump, if preferred.
