Reading is an important skill needed to succeed in life. This class will offer strategies to help struggling students and ESL students become more proficient in reading. This class provides students will practice that can help them get to the next level of reading.
The students will have ample opportunities to read and practice skills reviewed in class. I will focus on each students needs and monitor their progress throughout class. I have taught reading to kindergarten, first, and second grade students. I have studied at TCU and have taken many classes in my district.
