Description

Class Experience

In this one-time class, learners will use Play-Doh to count and create different objects to match the number on their worksheet. We will discuss colors, use our fine motor skills to roll, smash, and pinch the Play-Doh to the shapes we need. Students will also see the standard & word form of numbers from 1-10 as we work through each project. We will create as many number pictures up to 10 as time allows. Learners can complete worksheets after class for fun, too, if they need more time....

  1 file available upon enrollmentWorksheets printed so we can count, create, and make a fun picture for each number. 
5-7 cartons of Play-Doh
*If you do not have Play-Doh, the student could use markers to complete the worksheets, too.*

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Some people are allergic to Play-Doh. There are many recipes online if your learner cannot use traditional Play-Doh.
