Welcome to our exclusive social club designed for homeschoolers aged 9-12! Join us in a fun and safe environment where making friends and enjoying engaging conversations take center stage. Our classes maintain an intimate setting with a maximum of 8 students, ensuring each participant can actively participate without the need for breakout rooms, a preference for your safety. In this laid-back atmosphere, students will enhance their social and conversational skills, fostering self-confidence and the ability to connect with others. Don't forget to bring your snacks and favorite cozy blanket for added comfort! Here's what each exciting week holds for our members: Greetings and Sharing Highlights: Begin with warm greetings and a chance for each student to share the best part of their week. Ice Breaker Games: Dive into the fun with engaging ice breaker games, setting the stage for interactive and enjoyable sessions. Weekly Topics and Student-Led Conversations: Explore a variety of topics chosen by students, fostering student-led discussions with gentle guidance from the teacher. Conversations may naturally evolve, creating a dynamic and diverse learning environment. Goal Setting Time: Wrap up each class with an empowering "goal setting" session. Students will have the opportunity to set and share goals for the upcoming week, whether big or small, promoting motivation, self-discipline, and future-oriented thinking. To enhance the learning experience, depending on the weekly topic, a printout or a small supplies list may be provided in the classroom for students to bring to our meeting. Please note that our discussions will steer clear of controversial topics such as politics, sexual health, and medical issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all. As an ongoing class, no previous experience is required, and students are welcome to join or leave as they please. Join us on this exciting journey of friendship, self-discovery, and goal achievement!
