In this weekly club, embark on a global adventure! Join us each week as we virtually travel to diverse corners of the world, exploring renowned sites that weave together geography, culture, history, art, and architecture.

Class experience

Geography Exploration: Develop a basic understanding of world geography by virtually visiting different countries and continents.

Cultural Awareness: Cultivate an appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions, and lifestyles through virtual immersion in various global settings.

Historical Context: Gain historical knowledge by exploring significant landmarks, historical sites, and events that have shaped civilizations around the world.

Art Appreciation: Explore artistic expression from different cultures and time periods, fostering an understanding of the role art plays in reflecting societal values and history.

Architectural Insights: Learn about various architectural styles and structures, from ancient wonders to modern skyscrapers, and understand their cultural and historical significance.

Language Exposure: Introduce basic phrases and greetings in different languages, fostering an early interest in language diversity.

Critical Thinking: Encourage critical thinking skills by posing questions and engaging in discussions about the cultural, historical, and geographical aspects of each virtual destination.

Global Citizenship: Instill a sense of global citizenship by promoting empathy, understanding, and respect for people from different parts of the world.
Learners will have the option to fill out guided notes during class. This is completely optional. A PDF can be printed out prior to class.
