Festive Bots: One Day Intro to Building, Designing, and Coding Robots

Kick off the HOLIDAY FUN with this one-day class that will provide learners with an introduction to robotics and a mini-lesson that is sure to please as learners design, build and program their own festive robot design. Learners can use Lego® pieces or other non-adhesive materials to add to their robot creations. Our curriculum is augmented with social emotional learning components, and we will be including gratitude, growth mindset or empathy in our class lessons.

A RoboRobo Kids Core set is REQUIRED and NOT INCLUDED with this class (https://buildarobotk12.com/index.php/product/roborobo-kids-core-set/).  Registered learners will get the $199 set for $99 plus shipping/tax (coupon code provided in welcome message for class). The set will be used for this one-day class, AND is also used in other robotics classes at Build A Robot K12 for those learners who want to begin their pathway into robotics. The RoboRobo Kids Core set comes with a workbook for building and programming instructions for 13 robots that can be built on your own or in another Build A Robot K12 class. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in robotics (with or without experience).
