A time to see how historic homes come alive at Christmas. We will look at multiple historical places in three countries and how they look at Christmas time including Burghley House, Holkham Hall, Blenheim Palace, and so much more! Week 1: We will look at Burghley House in Lincolnshire, Holkham Hall, and Blenheim Palace (historical homes in England) and what they look like during Christmas. Week 2: We will look at some German castles and what they look like during Christmas. Week 3: We will look at some French historic homes and what they look like during Christmas. Week 4: We will look at some of Queen Elizabeth II's homes and what they look like during Christmas. This is a fun class where history comes alive and students get to learn about other countries and how they decorate as well as learning about history.
