Lesson 2:
Nutrients
Students will learn about essential nutrients, their functions in the body, and how to make informed dietary choices to support overall health and wellness.
Lesson 3:
Alcohol
Students will learn about the effects of alcohol on the body and mind, the risks associated with its use, and strategies for making responsible and informed decisions regarding alcohol consumption
Lesson 4:
Tobacco
Students will learn about the effects of tobacco on the body, the risks of tobacco use, and strategies for prevention and cessation to promote overall health and well-being.
