Class experience
This will not be an academic class but rather a weekly social cub for artists who would like a casual setting to share their creative works and enjoy social interactions. Learners are free to come and go each week as they wish. This ensures that all new learners will receive the same experience week to week regardless of when they join. I am a preservice teacher in southern Maine, and I am earning my bachelor’s degree in education. I will be a fully licensed teacher in April 2021. I am also a lifelong artist.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will not demonstrate any violent content through my art. All artists are welcome to express themselves creatively and some artists might have varying ideas. I will ask that drawings not be shared with class if they contain excessive violence or nudity. This class is intended to be family friendly and you are free to draw graphic imagery on your own time outside of class, just please don't show your graphic creations in this class.
Please bring your own art supplies.
