Class Experience

US Grade Kindergarten - 1
In this on-going class, learners can keep coming back to enjoy story time with picture books. This class is designed to nurture the love of hearing a story read aloud while at the same time start to introduce the basic concepts of reading comprehension. With seventeen years of teaching experience, I have learned that It's never too early to start building on reading comprehension skills. This class supports basic reading comprehension in a fun and interactive way with a "high-five" strategy as we retell story components of the story as we read it in class. Hope your learner can drop in for a class or stay for a while as we have different story each week.
