Intended for learners who completed my previous Hexadecimal Colors: 101 class. Active cameras and working microphones are encouraged. In this class, students will: Review Hexadecimal digits and vocabulary Review the primary colors of light from the first class Learn more colors - secondary and beyond Depending on time, we may learn about rgb( #, #, #) colors. Various methods of teaching and learning: Lecture, conversation, Nearpod or Kahoot (optional), answering in chat, using the Zoom Whiteboard, games with the colors.
Learning Goals
Students will walk away knowing a minimum of six Hexadecimal color codes and the knowledge of how they work.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
No outside work is required. Parents may want to help make sure their students can successfully join Kahoot or Nearpod when it is time, if we use them.
Supply List
Students may want a second device to play our virtual games if it's easier to still see our screen on the main device. Students may also want a small whiteboard and marker nearby for answering questions if they prefer not to use the chat on Zoom.
