
Intended for learners without previous knowledge of Hexadecimal. Active cameras and working microphones are encouraged. Students should be able to name colors. In this class, students will learn: The definition of the Hexadecimal Numeral System and will learn about base 16 counting How to make 6-digit codes for colors in future coding/programming activities/websites How to create codes for primary colors of light and possibly a couple of more colors Various methods of teaching and learning: Lecture, conversation, Nearpod, answering in chat, using the Zoom Whiteboard, games with the base colors *Note that missed classes are not within the parameters of Outschool's refund policy. Students will learn the 16 digits of the Hexadecimal Numeral System and understand the 6-digit codes for the primary colors of light.Students may want a second device to play Nearpod if it's easier to still see our screen on the main device. Students may also want a small whiteboard and marker nearby for answering questions if they prefer to not use the chat on Zoom.
