Through reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the goals of this class are to help foster higher-level cognitive skills such as inferencing, social interactions, figurative language, problem solving, and perspective-taking.
I am an avid reader of most genres and absolutely LOVE the Harry Potter book series by JK Rowling. I love sharing the Harry Potter reading experience with others.
Homework Offered
Learners will be required to read two chapters per week plus respond to discussion questions and others' posts in the online classroom.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
