Happy Birthday, Thomas Jefferson. April 13th was this 3rdU.S. President's birthday! 

To celebrate, we will briefly explore the life of this president. Students will learn about Thomas Jefferson's presidential story, as well as some interesting facts about his life. 

Class Expectations:
I love participation and I love activity. I'd love students to verbally participate, but it's not required. I do ask for students to mute their microphones unless they are speaking to help with background...

Students will be able to identify facts about this president's life and term in office.

  1 file available upon enrollment
Students will be able to download and print off a worksheet about the president.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

*Political opinions and bias, as well as deep dives will NOT be a part of the class. We will learn age-appropriate facts about President Thomas Jefferson's term in office from whitehouse.gov, millercenter.org, history.com and Britannica.
