Hello Families! In this class, we will be creating Halloween treats for your learners to share with their families. We will be making both appetizers and desserts throughout the course of the class. This class does not address any kind of dietary needs, but you can do whatever you need to so you can enjoy these Halloween treats too! We will meet once a week, for four weeks. We would love to have you join us at any time! The following is an outline of what we will be making in class. Week One- Ghostly Cookie 10-9-21 You will need: Nutter Butter Cookies, melting white chocolate, chocolate chips Week Two-Mummy Pizza 10-16-21 You will need: Crescent pizza dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese cut up into eight pieces, olives or mini pepperonis for eyes 10-23-21 Week Three- Mummy Dogs Hot Dogs, crescent roll dough, candy eyes or mustard *This will not take as long as the others, so we will also be making Graveyard pudding cups. You will need: 5.1 oz Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix 3 Cups Milk 8 oz Cool Whip 24 Oreo Cookies 6 Milano Double Chocolate Cookies Black Frosting or Black Edible Marker 6 Candy Pumpkins Googley Eyes Small, clear cups 10-30-21 Week Four- Spider Taco Dip 16 ounce can refried beans 2 tablespoons taco seasoning 1/4 cup taco sauce guacamole: (1 ripe avocado, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pinch garlic powder) 1/2 cup sliced ripe black olives 1 cup shredded cheddar 1/2 cup chopped ripe tomato 1 green onion (thinly sliced) 1/2 cup sour cream 2-3 tablespoons milk plastic squirt bottle (optional) plastic spider ring (optional; decoration only) warm tortilla chips Week Four- Witch Fingers For the Fingernails: 28 blanched almonds (see note) 1 tube black gel food coloring Food Safe paintbrush For the Fingers: 14 large pretzel rods 12 ounces bright-green candy coating Week Four: Gummy Worms

Parental Guidance
Safety and privacy is my top priorities. With this in mind, please help your student around any use of a stove, oven, knives, or melting chocolate in the microwave. We may be using products that contain nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, or soy.

My name is Hannah. I am so excited to meet you! I am a stay-at home mother two boys named Cooper (6) and Sawyer (w). Cooper is going to first grade this year, and Sawyer is starting preschool. I have a husband who works on helicopters, and we have a German Shepard named Lucy. I love to read, cook, craft, and learn about science! My kids and I love to do science experiments with household items!
I am a certified teacher, from King University. I have also taught kindergarten through third grade in both public and private school, some with various needs. I love teaching, and I want to help learners of all ages! I love teaching reading, writing, science, and social studies. Some non academics I love are: cooking, crafts, and science experiments! I also love just reading a loud with students! You can never go wrong with a good book. In the classroom, I love to be hands on, interactive, tactile, and fun! It is so much more interesting when lessons are fun and engaging. Students will remember it more!
I currently teach children in China through an ESL company. I love teaching language, and I love when a student's light bulb comes on. I have a TESOL certification. I have taught students in China for over two years. I love online learning because we can each more students.
