Halloween Spooktacular: The Raven
This class is modeled after a bookclub. We will review Edgar Allan Poe's biography and read "The Raven". We will discuss how his personal experiences are reflected in his most famous tale, and the phobias related to the poem.

In this live class, the learning materials will be delivered on Nearpod--biography, quizzes, text PDFs, etc. The learners will be introduced to Edgar Allan Poe and his most famous tale "The Raven." We will discuss the poem's structure and literary devices, tone and mood, and related phobias. We will also watch the classic video "The Simpson's Treehouse of Horror: The Raven."
