What will be taught? In this Winter Spanish Camp, beginners will learn Spanish vocabulary and phrases related to greetings, animals that live in the North Pole, Christmas, and things to do in winter. Students will expand their vocabulary and practice speaking simple phrases in these fun and engaging topics. What topics will you cover? 1. Greetings in Spanish: Basic phrases like “hello,” “goodbye,” “how are you?” and more. 2. Animals of the North Pole: Learn the names of animals like polar bears, seals, and arctic foxes in Spanish. 3. Christmas in Spanish: Christmas-related vocabulary, traditions, and festive phrases. 4. Things to do in Winter: Activities like building a snowman, ice skating, and drinking hot chocolate, all in Spanish. How is your class structured? The class is structured into four interactive lessons, each focusing on a different theme: greetings, North Pole animals, Christmas, and winter activities. Each lesson will include a mix of vocabulary introduction, interactive games, and practice activities to reinforce what students have learned. How will you teach? I will teach using a combination of engaging visual aids (like slides), hands-on activities (such as games), and interactive discussions to make learning fun and dynamic. Learners will have plenty of opportunities to interact with me. Each class includes: Games: Students will play games that help reinforce vocabulary and concepts. Slides: Interactive presentations will keep students engaged while they learn new words and phrases. Discussion: Learners will have chances to answer questions, practice speaking, and share their ideas in simple Spanish, with lots of encouragement. Overall, students will have a hands-on learning experience with plenty of opportunities to practice and use their new language skills in a fun, interactive way!
