Being able to recognize and name feelings is the very first step in helping children manage their feelings. This class gives children a chance to play and sing about what different feelings look like.
Class experience
Children will take turns playing a guessing game with "Inside Out" inspired characters. For each turn, the characters will express a feeling through facial expressions and tone of voice. Then, student will guess the feeling. They will also have a chance to demonstrate each feeling as they make their own expression for each feeling. Students will have fun discovering each feeling and singing a short jingle related to the feeling to help cope with different emotions. Feelings we will discuss...
