In this class, students will explore what a mindset is and the difference between a fixed vs a growth mindset. We will look at different scenarios, and we will get to think if these scenarios represent growth or a fixed mindset. Students will also learn why a growth mindset is helpful for people, and they will discuss strategies to change their mindset when their thoughts are fixed. This class will be interactive, and students will be encouraged to participate in discussions and share their ideas around the topics discussed.
