Kids will learn the difference between confidence and self-worth and what makes them unique fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for their self-worth. Kids will leave the class feeling like they are connected to their superpower. They will learn about friendship and teamwork,overcoming challenges,growing and moving forward as they plan for their future.

There is no content that is upsetting or that learners will need to take extra safety precautions within these ongoing classes. There is nothing therapeutic in nature. Class content is unbiased, factual, and inclusive in nature.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I am a primary school teacher who has taught and helped transform hundreds of children's lives by creating past courses such as growth mindset, emotional regulation, mindfulness, effective communication, decision-making/problem-solving, and many more. I have worked with school boards as well as Parks and Recreation to one-on-one coaching for government-funded programs. I am happy to say that having decades of experience to draw upon helps me to always deliver a fun and well-planned,memorable, engaging class.
